Spiritual Plants removed its THC products from online sale after its fulfillment provider discontinued all THC-related business in response to the impending ban. With small initial production runs and a December regulatory deadline approaching, the company determined that an immediate production reorder did not make commercial sense.

Remaining REST capsules may be repackaged for a later re-release, subject to product review and the rules then in force.

Spiritual Plants supports responsible hemp regulation and is encouraged by an October 27 Hemp Beverage News interview describing Democratic Representative Greg Landsman’s work with Republican Representative Morgan Griffith toward a solution ahead of December 11. HOLY WATER LIQUID SACRAMENT began as a measured, flavorless cannabinoid beverage enhancer. The next phase expands that idea into distinct collections: non-cannabinoid pure water, botanical beverages, and low-dose cannabinoid still and sparkling beverages for adults 21+.

The proposed cannabinoid formulation targets 3 mg THC and 3 mg CBD per serving, subject to final formulation and applicable regulatory requirements. Contract manufacturing and distribution partnerships are central to the company’s asset-light approach.
